Flexible options—because life happens.

We understand that life is unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. That’s why the Australian Electric Karting League offers flexible policies to support drivers when unexpected situations arise.

Since the number of seats for each race round is limited, early reservations secure your place. However, if you find that you cannot attend a race for any reason, we offer the following options:

✅ Rescheduling:

If you notify us at least 15 days before the race, you can transfer your entry 100% to another race round of your choice.

If you notify us at least 3 days before the race, you can transfer your entry with 50% of its value credited toward another round.

✅ Refunds:

If you request a refund at least 15 days before the race, we will refund 70% of your payment.

If you request a refund within 3 days before the race, we will refund 50% of your payment.

✅ Special situations:

We handle individual cases on a personal basis—if you face exceptional circumstances, simply contact us. The earlier you notify us, the more we can do to minimize costs and maximize the amount refunded or transferred.

Current League Classes — BSR-X4 / BSR-X5

👉 BSR-X4 CATEGORY:
Age: 10 to 15 years old

👉 BSR-X5 CATEGORY:
Age: 15+ years old

This allows older or heavier drivers to compete fairly, with performance balanced for safety and equal competition.

Upcoming Class Expansion

As the league grows, we are actively developing additional race classes to support driver progression:

✅ BSR-X3 and BSR-X2 Classes (For Younger Drivers)

Ages: 6 to 13 years old

Junior development classes.

Perfect for younger drivers to begin structured training and race preparation.

If you are under 10 years old and planning to enter the championship in the future, we strongly recommend starting now with training days and participating in these lower classes (X3 and X2).
